Spice up your salad with FoodsCross’ special Vinegraitte Sauce

Salads are among the most treasured plates for the discerning foodies who appreciate more than anything else the fresh, light, palatable and healthy meals. However, salads, as everything else in life, have their little secrets and one of them is found in the various sauces. They can do in a salad what punctuation does in a sentence: change its meaning!

Therefore, in order to write, erm, prepare a delicious salad you will need, among others, a sauce that can spice up the usual vegetables of the season. Honey is one of those ingredients that are quite popular among the gourmands who prefer the bitter-sweet flavours. Thyme honey in particular with its sensational aroma, its full body and exceptional nutritional value is considered a precious addition. In this case, honey should be of top quality, since this is one of the rare occasions that allow you to take advantage of all its properties due to the lack of any thermal activity in its preparation. So when you try the Vinegraitte below for your salad try the prime Greek honey with 80% thyme pollen grains. You will love it!
