Cool and nutritional. What more can anyone ask of a smoothie, especially since this is the month’s last and warmest Sunday. So, put on that apron and run to the kitchen because we have for you a special recipe for a delicious chocolate shake with banana, avocado and honey. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 4 serves
• 1 small peeled ripe banana,chopped, frozen
• 3 tbsp cacao powder
• 2 tsp coconut oil
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 tbsp FoodsCross’ premium honey 80% thyme pollen grains
• tiny pinch salt
• 750 ml cold water
1. Blend all of the ingredients and 750ml (1 pint 6fl oz) cold water in the food processor until smooth. Add ice or more water according to your taste.
2. To serve, pour into small glasses.
