Honey mustard popcorn

A tasty twist on the cinema treat, Marcus Wareing’s popcorn recipe uses honey and mustard for a fabulous flavour combination. This is a simple way to make regular microwave popcorn into a remarkable treat for a movie night at home.
85g of salted microwave popcorn
25g of unsalted butter
2 tbsp of Greek premium honey with 80% thyme pollen grains
1 tsp English mustard powder
1 tsp grain mustard
Cook the popcorn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then sort through to remove any kernels.
Place the butter and honey into a small saucepan and heat gently while whisking until the mix combines
Add both the mustards, salt and pepper, then pour the over the popcorn in a bowl and mix well to combine. Serve warm
