Exceptional cow-milk butter with pieces of precious white truffle. The selection of authentic Greek precious white truffle and the long wait of many days for the butter to be scented create a truly unique result. It contains no colorants, artificial flavouring or preservatives.

Truffle is one of the few foods that are sought after in all their forms. It is a rather sensitive product and grows exclusively in unpolluted soil. Its production is entirely natural and it is harvested by expert hunters.

It is harvested in autumn, from September to December, several centimetres below the surface of the ground, and is mainly found growing on the root systems of trees such as oak, hazel, poplar and beech.

Its size can reach up to 12cm in diameter, although it is usually much smaller. Its outer surface is beige or light brown in colour, with white streaks on the inside, and it has an irregular shape.
