Chocolate with thyme pollen honey!

If you like chocolate, hazelnuts and honey, you will love this recipe that combines it all. As if this was not enough, you don’t need any special skills to make it at home, as long as you have all the ingredients at hand. Here is how:

We mix in a blender 200 gr hazelnuts and 150 caster sugar. After a minute we add 25gr of FoodsCross’ honey with 60% or better yet 80% thyme pollen grains, 50 gr walnut oil (or butter), 50 gr. melted milk chocolate and 20 gr cacao powder. We mix all the ingredients with a blender until we have a smooth pasta and put it in jars to be stored in the refrigerator until it is stable.
