Watermelon sorbet with honey

As unrepentant lovers of sunshine and long lunches, we face the intense heat of this summer with the season’s most delicious association: watermelon.

For this recipe we used:

  1. We slice and freeze the watermelon for 4-6 hours.
  2. Place the pieces in a blender and add two tablespoons of FoodsCross 80% thyme honey, the juice of half a lemon and a glass of water.
  3. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture and the sorbet is ready.
  4. Add chunks of Foodscross pastel and enjoy!
