Ingredients for 8 pieces
- 300 g pizza dough
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
- Salami and mortadella in thin slices
- 2 packs of BIO rocket microgreens FoodsCross
- 80 g parmesan flakes
- 3 tablespoons of olives in slices
- 5 ml FoodsCross white truffle olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
For the tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g tomato juice
- 1/2 onion
- A few basil leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar

Directions:
- Add the tomato juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
- Spread the pizza dough on a greased baking tray.
- Add the tomato sauce, olives and finally the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, add in order the sausages, the FoodsCross organic rocket micro-vegetables and finally the parmesan.
- Drizzle with the FoodsCross white truffle olive oil, grind pepper, slice and serve.
