Ingredients:
- 300 g Beef fillet, cut into thin slices
- 200 g Mixed BIO Microgreens FoodsCross
- 100 g Parmesan cheese in flakes
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot in slices
- 1/2 Fresh onion in slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the beef fillet for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a large bowl, place the vegetables and top with the beef.
