Salad with Beef and extra virgin olive oil with white truffle

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Beef fillet, cut into thin slices
  • 200 g Mixed BIO Microgreens FoodsCross
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese in flakes
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot in slices
  • 1/2 Fresh onion in slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Foodscross White Truffle Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the beef fillet for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. In a large bowl, place the vegetables and top with the beef.
  3. Add the White Truffle Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper, and add the Parmesan cheese.

Tip:
