Ingredients:
- 300 g beef fillet, thinly sliced
- 200 g mixed BIO FoodsCross Microgreens
- 100 g parmesan cheese in flakes
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot in slices
- 1/2 Fresh onion, sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the beef fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- In a large bowl, place the vegetables and add the cooked beef on top.
- Drizzle with the White Truffle Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper, and add the parmesan cheese.
