Salad with Beef and extra virgin olive oil with white truffle

Ingredients:

  • 300 g beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 200 g mixed BIO FoodsCross Microgreens
  • 100 g parmesan cheese in flakes
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot in slices
  • 1/2 Fresh onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of FoodsCross White Truffle Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the beef fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. In a large bowl, place the vegetables and add the cooked beef on top.
  3. Drizzle with the White Truffle Olive Oil, season with salt and pepper, and add the parmesan cheese.
