Honeyed walnuts

These mouthwatering honeyed walnuts aim straight to the heart. Try them in a fresh salad, a yogurt or ice cream or even on a delicious pizza with bananas. Let your imagination go wild with the honeyed walnuts and surprise your sweetheart on St. Valentine’s day. Here’s the recipe:

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup finely chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
Pinch of coarse salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine walnuts, honey, and salt in a bowl. Toss to coat, and spread in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake, tossing occasionally, until toasted, about 15 minutes. Let cool.
