The major economic newspaper in Greece, Naftemporiki, featured FoodsCross in its insert for businesses, presenting its core philosophy, its achievements in its two first years of activity and its plans for the future. Speaking to journalist, Danai Alexaki, one of FoodsCross three founders, Ms. Aliki Vasilopoulou described the concept behind the brand that steadily grows its public in Europe, as it is already present in select stores in Greece of course but also in Germany, Luxembourg, Romania, USA and soon in China.
According to the reporter, part of the brand’s international success is due to its multi awarded packaging which focused in a design-oriented approach that would draw attention to the ethos and care with which FoodsCross attends to its goal: to promote the shift to pure foods, with respect to their provenance, the method of their cultivation, the timing and attentive treatment from the time of their harvest to the moment they reach the consumers all over the world.
This philosophy is materialized in FoodsCross’ exceptionally high in thyme pollen grains honey and its recently added oil, butter, salt and paste made of Greek black and white truffles. The common denominator is the highest standard of quality through strict and thorough tests, following a continuous monitoring of the collaborating producers.
Finally a special mention was due to the brands’ plans for growth through an ambitious project to create a state of the art bottling unit in Attica. FoodsCross, which is financed by its founders is now seeking approval to be integrated to a plan of development, which is expected to further accelerate its impressive growth.
