Pasta with chicken and black truffle butter

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 packet of linguini or pappardelle
  • 600 g chicken breast fillet
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 40 g FoodsCross Black Truffle Butter
  • Salt, pepper, thyme

Directions:

  1. In a non-stick pan, cook the chicken for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the heat and cut into cubes.
  3. Boil the pasta in salted water for about 6-7 minutes. Once boiled, reserve half a cup of the water and drain.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken, cream, and half a cup of pasta water and bring to a boil until the cream thickens.
  6. Mix the pasta with the chicken, black truffle butter and grated parmesan.
  7. Add salt, pepper, and fresh thyme and serve.
