Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 packet of linguini or pappardelle
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 ml of cream
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 20 ml olive oil
- 40 g FoodsCross Black Truffle Butter
- Salt, pepper, thyme

Directions:
- In a non-stick pan, cook the chicken for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the heat and cut into cubes.
- Boil the pasta in salted water for about 6-7 minutes. Once boiled, reserve half a cup of the water and drain.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken, cream, and half a cup of pasta water and bring to a boil until the cream thickens.
- Mix the pasta with the chicken, black truffle butter and grated parmesan.
- Add salt, pepper, and fresh thyme and serve.
