Ingredients:
- 100 g BIO Microgreens (mustard, broccoli, radish, any, or all of them together)
- 100 g olive oil
- 100 g pine nuts
- 80 g grated parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic

- Blend the microgreens, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor until pureed.
- Add the parmesan and pepper, blend some more and you’re done!
