Microgreens are produced from young plants, vegetables, or herbs, harvested in the early stage of their growth, offering a rich spectrum of flavors and nutritional benefits. Known for their high nutritional value, Microgreens will bring to your plate a dance of colors, flavors, and textures.

The average cultivation time for most Microgreens is 7-21 days from seeding to harvest. At harvest, their size ranges from 2.5 to 7.5 centimeters and consists of the central stem, the first two leaves, cotyledons, and a pair of partially developed leaves. Their small size encapsulates intense aromatic flavor while also offering an incredibly tender texture.
