Rachel Schultz’ popular blog featured this amazing recipe which she recommended as a great night dessert, but we think it is a fabulous idea for breakfast. Easy to make, delicious and healthy, it will help you start the day in the best possible way.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 slightly under-ripened banana
1 tablespoon thyme honey
Cinnamon
Olive oil
Preparation:
Lightly drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cut the banana in slices and arrange them in pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana. Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
