Watermelon sorbet with honey

Conscientious objectors to calendar prompts, unrepentant lovers of the sun and endless afternoons, we resist the onslaught of autumn with summer’s quintessential gustatory association: watermelon.

Slice, freeze the watermelon for 4-6 hours. Put the pieces in the blender and add two tablespoons of FoodsCross 80% thyme honey, juice of half a lemon and a glass of water.
Beat until a homogeneous mixture is achieved and the sorbet is ready. Enjoy!
