Fruity sushi is the best thing

Frushi
DIY frushi will add some thrill to your palatial experiences this summer. If you like sushi, you will probably appreciate the idea. Below you may find instructions to make your own mouth watering fruity sushi:

Preparation:

Add 1,5 cup of rinsed rice, 2 cups of water, 3 tbs sugar and 1 tsp salt to a sauce pan over medium high heat and stir. Cook for approx. 20 minutes on low heat until all water is absorbed. Then add 1 cup of coconut milk and 1,5 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir until incorporated.
Chop your favorite fruit (e.g. pineapple, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, grapes etc.)

On a bamboo rolling mat lined with a sheet of wax paper roll out rice mixture and top with chopped fruit. Roll into cylinder shape and chill until frozen. Unwrap and roll over lightly toasted coconut or tightly fold thin slices of mango around it. Slice into perfect, yummy frushi pieces.

You may also roll some rice mixture into nigiri and top it with a different fruit combo.

Prepare a delicious raspberry sauce and use your chop sticks to dip these masterful creations in it!

Frushi has never been this tasty! Enjoy
