WHAT ARE MICROGREENS

Microgreens are produced from young plants, vegetables, or herbs, harvested in their early phase of growth, offering a rich spectrum of flavors and nutritional benefits. Known for their high nutritional value, Microgreens will bring a dance of colors, flavors, and textures to your plate.

The average growing time for most Microgreens is 7-21 days from seed to harvest. When harvested, they range in size from 2.5 to 7.5 cm and consist of the central stem, the first two leaves, the cotyledons, and a pair of partially developed leaves. Their small size encloses a strong aromatic flavor, while at the same time offering an incredibly tender texture.
